Really helpful people.. I've been back many times now and they have always been patient and knowledgeable... And they will and can speak English... It will almost be a shame I cannot visit anymore if I actually manage to fix this Fu*#@ng brick of a car I've bought... (I didn't buy the car here)..

I went to the facility and asked for an accelerator from an Insignia, Astra or Chevrolet Cruze. With no one in front and with 2 people clearly known from the house arriving and being attended to immediately, I was clear about the house's priorities. I was attended by a young blond man, with extreme arrogance, who went to confirm that he had the item. He mentioned the value and that it had to be dismantled. I informed him that at Auto Industrial, new, it only cost 5 euros more than what they asked for, to which he responded aggressively and clearly unwilling to help that everyone would give the price they wanted. Fortunately, there is the internet and the older generations that do not have the necessary dynamics to deal with this ill will are disappearing. I wish you good luck, because you will need it in the near future. I'll never go back there again and I've been spreading the word. I bought it on NET for 25 euros already delivered to my home, when they asked me for 55, by a person with little or no training. Avoid being rude, it's priceless. Continue on the right path with incompetent, ill-willed and arrogant people. Until forever
